How the cashback campaign worksFrom 6 November 2020 to 11 November 2020,, after making a purchase with Hoolah, you will receive an email notification with the cashback eligibility and the survey link to receive their reward. You will have to opt for PayNow via your Hoolah phone number or Bank transfer. After which Hoolah will proceed to verify your order details and credit the money to your account within 30 days.
When can you expect your reward?
- Day 1 The customer made a purchase using hoolah. They will receive an email notification the next day with a survey link to fill in their details.
- Day 14 – Day 30 We’ll send out another email that entails the cashback amount and the PayNow / bank account which we’ll be transferring to. This is to ensure that the details are correct.
- Reward Customer will receive their cashback in the bank account which they have opted for
Terms and Conditions
- The promotion is valid only for Singapore users
- The promotional period is from 6 November 2020, 00:00 to 11 November 2020, 23:59
- Valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts by the merchants
- Applicable for all Hoolah purchases made during the promotional period
- The cashback is limited to one order only. In the event of multiple orders, the cashback will only be applicable to the first Hoolah purchase during the period
- You will not be eligible for this promotion if you process a refund
- The cashback is 11% of your Hoolah purchase, capped at S$20
- Cashback will be credited to your bank account in less than 30 days after the campaign ends
- We reserve the rights to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion at any point of time without prior notice
